Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by a leading international manufacturer for the Oil & Gas sector.

The Group seeks to recruit an Engineer Sales Manager for its operations in Nigeria.

 

Job description:

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing Request for Quotation (RFQ), prepare the business proposal to be presented to management approval and also prepares the quotation to be presented to the customer.

He will be required to sell company’s products to comply with the Volume, Prices and Gross Margin targets, properly anticipate and forecast the results of his area of competence and make proposal to improve results.

 

Qualifications and experience

University degree preferably in Engineering with about 3-5 years of cognate experience.

Deep understanding of SAP and Office package is required. Must have the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers, anticipating their needs/expectations and continuously improving products/services/processes ensuring the Company's interests are preserved.

Must have the ability to interact with people of any level, playing a leading role, stimulating team work, agreement achievement and cultural diversity management. Ability to create collective knowledge inside and outside work team, sharing, registering and documenting ideas/know-how/information on a shared basis and preparing materials for training activities.
