CATERER POSITION

Expression of interest for catering services National Orthopaedic Hospital igbobi-lagos seeks to engage the services of qualified, experienced and reputable CATERER for the provision of catering services for the hospital patients.

Requirements

• Company Profile Evidence of incorporation with the corporate Affairs Commission.
• 3 years Tax Clearance Certificates, evidence of payment of VAT.
• Evidence of registration with PENCOM, 3 years Audited Annual Report and Account.
• Evidence of financial capability and bank support.

Interested candidates with expertise in the provision of such services in a similar hospital are to submit 10 copies of their application and addressed to:

The completed tender document, should be submitted by hand in the tenders Box at the office of the Head of Administration before 7th August 2012 upon payment of 20,000 naira processing fee.

Pre-qualification document would be opened on 9th August,2012 in the Board Room. Bidders or their representatives are required to be present at the event.
